Food Processing
flooring is exposed to pounding mechanical abuse from: fork lifts, totes, tanks,
hoppers (dragged, pushed, pulled, dumped; dropped tools/caps/hoses/equipment; constant
water (hot/cold, thermal shock, thermal cycling), sugars, oils, chemicals
(cleaners, sanitizers, spilled product and processing liquids).
Floors are not the place to try too save money
( using epoxy or conventional floor systems) when renovating or building a new facility! 
These plants require sanitary, easy to clean,
thermal shock resistant, heavy duty, permanent antiskid, and chemical/corrosion resistant flooring. Our systems are approved by all of the major regulatory
agencies; USDA, FSIS, FDA, OSHA and meet HAACP requirements.
EP Floors are specified in Meat, Poultry/Egg, Dairy,
Seafood, Beverage, Confectionary, Bakery plants nationwide. Competitors

Our
systems are extremely thermal/shock resistant; they
withstand live steam and thermal cycling from: -50deg F to +250 deg F.

surfaces, sanitary surface that won't harbor
dirt/bacteria, the ability to withstand thermal shock, chemical & corrosion resistance, antimicrobial capabilities, cleanability, easy maintenance;
waterproofing membranes available, application over quarry tile/brick; lasting
durability and seamless construction. There virtually no odor during
installation.

also able to re-slope / re-pitch floors to drains, in order to reduce or
eliminate puddles, birdbaths, depressions.
