Our system has many advantages over "conventional-type flooring". EP Floors Corp. Polyurethane Floors systems are comprised of a polyurethane binder, with specially blended aggregates. These are concrete hybrid flooring systems, which provide premium protection from a wide range of severe environments, which include aggressive chemicals, even when subjected to repeated exposure.

SYSTEMS:

• HF MORTAR FLOOR : The Polyurethane HF Mortar Flooring is offered in several different grades that are designed to provide a variety of textures, thickness, functions and aesthetics.
  
  The Polyurethane HF Mortar Flooring and Grout may be applied as thick as necessary, without cracks or bubbling in the finish. Benefits include a minimal downtime, virtually odor free installation, impact and thermal shock resistance, chemical-resistant, a tenacious bond to concrete; it may be installed in operating coolers, and when cured, is suitable for exposures to temperatures of - 45 degrees C to 112 degrees C (-50 to 250 deg. F).
  
  The Polyurethane HF Mortar Flooring is a trowel applied, heavy duty 1/4 to 3/8 inch industrial floor designed for maximum protection against thermal stresses, impact pressure, abrasion and chemical exposure.

• MD FLOOR : The Polyurethane MD Flooring is more fluid grade, laid up to 1/4 inch thick; available with a special high profile silica blend broadcast, creating a slip-resistant finish. Topcoat of two component, medium gloss urethane is applied. Texture may be varied from smooth to very rough, depending on cleaning techniques, and slip resistance required.

• SL FLOOR : The Polyurethane SL Flooring is similar to the MD, but is more flowable, and thus designed only to overlay new concrete, or concrete in very good condition. It is laid at 1/8 inch thick; it has a special high profile silica blend broadcast, creating a slip-resistant finish. Topcoat of two component, medium gloss urethane is applied. Texture may be varied from smooth to very rough, depending on cleaning techniques, and slip resistance required.

• CQ FLOOR : The Polyurethane CQ Flooring has a decorative quartz broadcast, and is sealed with a clear lock coat to provide additional chemical resistance, easier cleaning and enhanced aesthetics.

An integral cove base is available, for the floor/wall junction, which allows for a watertight seal during washdown.
