NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!
Food Processing Floors have some of the most difficult application conditions for flooring!
Food processing floors are exposed to pounding mechanical abuse from: tow motors, totes, tanks, hoppers, pallets (dragged, pushed/pulled, dumped, dropped); constant water (hot/cold, thermal shock/thermal cycling, steam cleaning), chemicals; sugars, acids, oils, cleaners, sanitizers.
Our POLYURETHANE (PU) floor systems are specially designed for ALL of these conditions, normally found in food processing plants.

EP Floors provides a turn-key installation with our own crews, and a solid, single source warranty. Our flooring helps your plant to meet strict quality guidelines, mandated by SSOP, HACCP, SQF 2000 and Food Safety Audits. Our hygienic, sanitary surfaces provide a long-lasting surface which is unaffected by chemicals/sanitizers, and do not promote the growth of bacteria. The seamless, non-porous floor finish is easy-to-clean, which will help you pass your inspections with flying colors!
Note: SQF 2000 certification does not permit tile flooring (due to grout joints, which may harbor bacteria). EP Floors can often prepare the surface of tile flooring, to receive our urethane flooring (without complete tile removal). Please contact a project estimator for more details!
