Turn Key Installation With Our Own Company Crews
SINGLE SOURCE RESPONSIBILITY !
No Question About It ! Food Processing Floor areas have some of the most difficult application conditions for flooring! These food processing floors are exposed to pounding mechanical abuse from: tow motors, totes, tanks, hoppers, pallets (dragged, pushed/pulled, dumped, dropped); constant water (hot/cold, thermal shock/thermal cycling, steam cleaning), chemicals; sugars, acids, oils, cleaners, sanitizers.
With turn key installation by one of our professional crews, this heavy duty, seamless floor finish, is the last floor you will ever need !
EP Floors Corp. helps your plant meet strict quality guidelines, mandated by the new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), SQF 2000, HACCP, and food safety audits from AIB, BRC, or customer audits. Our hygienic, sanitary surfaces provide a long-lasting surface which is unaffected by aggressive chemicals & sanitizers, and also inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. The seamless, non-porous floor finish is easy-to-clean….you will pass your inspections with flying colors!
Typical applications include: Industrial flooring for kitchens, traffic aisles, tank areas, processing floors, chemical storage, loading docks, packaging, and any other food preparation or wash down area.
FACT ! Almost every day, there is another product recalled in the U.S.! Don’t wait to be fined, shutdown or forced into a product recall! If you don’t believe us, click here for a link to current food recalls, and safety alerts…
In addition to being chemical resistant flooring, Puma-Crete HF is also abrasion and impact resistant, and is a permanent non slip floor. As opposed to epoxy floor coatings, our urethane mortar flooring excels in extreme heat and cold, resisting both thermal shock and thermal cycling. Our systems are textured to prevent slips and falls, and they stand up to oxidizing agents, organic acids and CIP chemicals. The floors may be pitched to drains to prevent standing water from forming puddles and compromising sanitary regulations. This seamless flooring has no joints to trap dirt and bacteria, making it easier to keep plant floors clean. The anti microbial floor finish does not support the growth of bacteria or microbes.
